  • Does NOT directly perform construction or home improvement work

3. Individual Contractor Guarantees

Each contractor in our partner network provides their own guarantees and warranties, which may include:

  • Workmanship warranties (typically 1-5 years)
  • Material defect coverage
  • Satisfaction guarantees
  • Completion timeline commitments

Important: Guarantee terms vary by contractor and project type. Always review and understand guarantee terms before signing any contract.
